Preparing an enquiry
The search form prepares a message in your browser. It does not save your entries in the CRM or browser local storage. You review and send the message from your email app. Closing the page clears its entries. Your name, email and optional phone and housing preferences are used to respond, arrange conversations or viewings and follow your search. No housing allocation decision is made automatically. Do not submit identity, income or debt-register documents at this stage.
Recipients and technical services
Your email goes to BLACK IMMO. Swisscenter manages the agency’s email; your own email provider also participates. A file for a landlord or managing agency is prepared separately after you are informed about the recipients and required documents. The website uses Sites (OpenAI) and Cloudflare infrastructure, which may process connection data to provide and secure pages. The precise locations and safeguards for automatic CRM intake remain to be confirmed; automatic intake is disabled. This version has no behavioural advertising or audience-measurement tools added by BLACK IMMO. External services have their own privacy notices.
Retention and requests
Relevant exchanges are retained while your enquiry is handled. At closure, BLACK IMMO reviews deletion, except material needed for commitments, legal obligations or defending rights. Keeping a search open for other offers must be agreed with you. This is a manual process, without a promised automatic deletion date. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion within applicable limits, or to tell us that your search has ended.
